Caeser dressing

Caesar - one of the most popular salads. Many cook it at home - but the taste is not the same as in the restaurant. It turns out that the whole thing in a dressing. So we decided to share with you a recipe for a tasty sauce. 



Parmesan cheese - 100 gr.

lemon juice - 50 ml.

Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. 

anchovy fillets - 2 pcs.

olive oil - 1/2 tbsp.

Garlic - 3 cloves

salt, ground black pepper - to taste 

Cooking method:


Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Rinse the anchovy fillets, dry and cut into small pieces. Crush the garlic.

Put in a blender the cheese, anchovy, garlic, mayonnaise, lemon juice, black pepper and whisk until smooth. Continuing to whisk, start adding a drop of olive oil.

It should be noted that the anchovy is quite salted fish, so add salt in the end.
