Marinated cherry tomatoes

Marinated cherry tomatoes - a great stock for the winter. You can prepare salads, pizzas, tapas, pasta and more.


• 500 gr. cherry

• 250 ml. of olive oil

• 200 ml. of vinegar

• 30 gr. basil

• 4 cloves of garlic

• 1 tbsp. black peppercorns

• 1 tbsp. salt

Cooking method:

Wash the cherry tomatoes and basil.

Sterilize jars.

Peel the garlic, cut into slices. Put a cherry in sterile jars, with basil and garlic. 

Pour vinegar in jars.

Heat the olive oil and pepper, and pour it in tomatoes. Close the lid, cool, and store in a refrigerator.
