Who can imagine winter without mint tea? We can't. Dried mint is a good option, but we found a better way! From mint sugar, you can prepare not only tea but the mojito too.
Everything is very simple. You will need a bunch of fresh mint, lemon, and sugar. 200 gr. of mint requires 80 gr. of sugar.
Separate the leaves from the stems and rinse. Beat them in a blender with the lemon juice. Mix with sugar. Put in jars and freeze.
