Teriyaki Sauce

Teriyaki sauce is equally suitable for meat, fish, chicken, vegetables and rice. It may seem unbelievable, but you can easily prepare it at home.


Soy sauce - 100 ml.

Brown sugar - 2 tablespoon

Garlic - 2 cloves

Ginger - 1 teaspoon

Honey - 1 tablespoon

Mir (or wine vinegar) - 1 tablespoon

Water - 50 ml.

Starch - 3 teaspoons


Preparation: Grate the garlic and ginger. Place all ingredients in the pot, boil for 5 minutes, half the mass should evaporate and start to thicken.

Do not forget, keep the sauce in a hermetically sealed glass container.
