Ingredient – Feijoa

Apart from being delicious in compotes and jams, feijoa is an ingredient of a low-calorie salad.

Feijoa is a super healthy product, as it accelerates metabolism, consists of a large amount of Vitamin C and detoxifies your body. However, be moderate with it, as its ethereal consistency can burn your mouth if overeating. 

Feijoa is the excellent breakfast for those who are suffering from obesity. The breakfast takes only 1 beetroot, 1 apple, 5 feijoas, 1 avocado, 1 slice of pineapple, lemon and some organic yogurt. You can have sour cream or Matsoni instead of yogurt.

     So, cut the pealed apple and feijoa into small cubes. Grate avocado together with beet and mix them up. Pour some lemon juice and yogurt on top and decorate with pineapple. Eat daily and frequently check yourself in the mirror.
