Gluten-free coconut macarons

Delicious gluten-free dessert – coconut cookies.

Ingredients:

400 gr. sweet coconut flakes

1 cup chopped almonds

1 teaspoon lemon zest

¾ cup of sugar

1 pinch salt

4 egg whites

Method:

Preheat an oven to 170 degrees.

Place in a bowl the coconut flakes, almonds, lemon zest, sugar, and salt. Stir well. Add beaten egg whites and stir. 

Place the baking sheet on a baking tray. Drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.
