Wonderful dish for a family dinner – lemon chicken!
Ingredients:
Chicken leg - 4 pieces
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Pepper - ½ teaspoon
Flour - 1/3 cup
Butter - 4 tablespoons
Olive oil - 2 cm
Chicken broth - ½ cups
Lemon juice - 1/3 cup
Lemon - 8 slices
Finely chopped parsley - ¼ cups
Method:
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Dip into a flour.
Preheat a large pan. Melt one tablespoon of butter and one tablespoon of olive oil. Fry chicken from all sides. Transfer fried chicken to desired vessel.
Do not wash the pan you have used. Pour chicken broth and lemon juice into it. Stir for 2-3 minutes. After, add butter, parsley, and lemon slices. Let it boil on a low heat for 5 minutes.
Pour chicken with sauce.
