Guacamole is traditional Mexican snack. It is used as sauce or as dip. Today, we will learn the recipe.
Ingredients:
1 chili
3 avocado
2 tomatoes
1 onion
1 bunch coriander
1 lime
1 clove of garlic
Salt to taste
Method:
Wash vegetables. Cut tomatoes into small cubes. Remove seeds from chili and finely chop it along with onion, garlic, and coriander. Place chopped ingredients in a blender and whisk. Pour with a bit of water and lemon juice.
Cut avocado into small cubes. Add to whisked ingredients along with tomatoes. Sprinkle with a salt.
Serve with corn chips.
