Pork in white sauce

Pork with mushrooms, white wine and cream sauce - delicious dinner for whole family. 


4 pork fillets

2 tbsp. olive oil 

1 tbsp. butter

200 gr. mushrooms

50 gr. onions 

1 glass of white dry wine

1/4 cup of cream

Salt and pepper to taste


Preheat a pan, pour with olive oil, sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper, and fry them from both sides. After frying, transfer them to the separate vessel. 

Fry on a same pan finely chopped mushrooms and onions along with a butter. Saute for 2-3 minutes. After, pour some wine and let half of it evaporate. Then, pour with cream and stir until homogenous mixture. 

Pour sliced meat with sauce and serve along with mashed potatoes.
