Salmon with capers and rosemary

As you know, salmon is one of the most beneficial fishes. It contains phosphorus, iron, magnesium, chlorine, calcium, zinc, nickel, molybdenum, A, B1, B2, C, E D, and PP vitamins. This product is recomended for children and people who wants to loose weight. 

We have simple, yet tasty recipe for you. 

Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets

2 tablespoon of olive oil

2 tablespoon capers

4 slice of lemon

Several branches of rosemary (or 3 gr. of dried)

Salt and pepper to taste

Method: 

Preheat the pan. Spread salmon with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour some oil on a pan. Fry fillets from both side along with rosemary and capers. 

Serve along with lemon.
