Buckwheat and mushroom casserole

Tasty, healthy and easy dish recipe! 

Ingredients: 

1 cup of buchwheat 

500 gr. white mushrooms 

200 gr. sour cream 

1 onion 

2 cloves of garlic 

100 gr. sulguni 

2 tbsp. butter

Salt and pepper to taste 

Preparation: 

Cook buckwheat. Saute chopped onion, mushrooms and garlic. Mix all together, add sour cream, salt and pepper. Spread backin vassel with butter. Bake for 20-30 minutes. After, add grated cheese and bake for 5 more minutes.
