As you have noticed, we really love zucchini. In this post, we will share zucchini casserole recipe. 

Ingredients: 

500 gr. zucchini 

200 gr. onion 

5 eggs

100 gr. sour cream 

100 gr. cheese

50 gr. butter 

Grate zucchini, add a bit of salt and squeeze. Saute finely chopped onions. Whisk eggs, mix with zucchini. Spread baking form with butter, pour zucchini and egg mixture inside. Spread with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese. 

Bake in an oven for 20-25 minutes.
