Puff dough

Puff dough is a base for lots of tasty pastries. You can bake croissants, danishes, apple strudel, or at least khachapuri and lobiani. 

We decided to share an easy recipe with you. 

Ingredients: 

500 gr. margarine 

250 ml. water

1 pinch of salt

1 egg white

3 tbsp. lemon juice

1 kg. flour

Mix water, flour, egg white, lemon juice, and salt. Knead the dough and leave for 15-20 minutes. Roll it out, put together the ends of  dough and roll in the shape of a square. Spread with margarine and wrap as an envelope. Roll out and repeat the same process at least twice. 

Leave in a fridge for 3-4 hours.
