Airy and soft mascarpone cream is perfect for cakes, cupcakes or muffins stuffing. It can be spread on cookies and waffles. It's really easy to make, you will need only a few ingredients.
250 gr. mascarpone
100 gr. powdered sugar
1 lemon zest
Half of lemon juice
Cooking method:
Start beating the cheese in a blender at low speed. Gradually add powdered sugar and lemon zest. At the end, add the lemon juice and increase the beater speed.
Lemon can be replaced by orange and lime.
