Sulguni sauce

Today is the day of the experiments. I love pasta and I love cheese. I decided to cook a sulguni cheese sauce and I hasten to share his find with you. 


• 200 ml. cream

• 100 gr. suluguni

• 1 clove of garlic

• 200 gr. cream cheese

• 10 ml. of vegetable oil

• Dried basil - to taste

• black pepper - to taste

Cooking method:

Place the oil in a frying pan, cheese, cream and crushed garlic. Constantly stir.

Grate suluguni. When the sauce comes to a boil, start adding a pinch of cheese and continue stirring until the mixture is smooth.

Serve with spaghetti. Garnish with dried basil.
