Minestrone is one of the most popular Italian soups. 

Most of the recipes include only vegetables, so it's perfect for vegetarians or during diets. 

We offer you a simple and tasty recipe. 


Bell pepper ½

Onion ¼

Carrots 40 grams

Tomatoes 50 grams

Celery 30 grams

Pumpkin 30 grams

1 clove of garlic

30 ml. of olive oil

Mushroom broth - 150 ml.

Cooking method:

Cut all the ingredients into small cubes.

Sauté the onion and garlic. First, add the pumpkin and carrots. A few minutes later the remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.

Add mushroom broth and boil on low heat. 

Garnish with a celery leaves.
