Healthy breakfast - granola

Have you ever thought what would be tasty, healthy and easy breakfast? I'm sure you have, and more than once. We have already shared with you tips on this subject but just did not mention granola. Prepare this useful product is very easy, and you will need about half hour.


2 tablespoons oil

125 ml. maple syrup

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

300 gr. of oats

50 gr. of sunflower seeds

4 tablespoons sesame seeds

50 gr. pumpkin seeds

100 gr. almond flakes

100 gr. of dried fruit

100 gr. raisins

50 gr. coconut flakes

Cooking method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Mix oil, syrup, honey, vanilla. Add the weight of all the ingredients except the dried fruit, raisins and coconut. Place the on the tray two layers of baking paper and put the mass on it. Bake within 15 minutes. Remove, add the remaining ingredients and bake within 10 more minutes.

Serve granola with milk or yogurt. Store in an airtight container.
