Onion rings

Onion rings are easy to prepare. This is the perfect appetizer for beer or burger.


5 onions

3 eggs

100 g flour

0.5 ml. Oil (Refined)

Salt and pepper - to taste

Cut the thick onion rings and separate the layers. Whisk the eggs, flour, water and a teaspoon of oil - the batter should be liquid. Dip rings in batter and then fry in boiling oil.

You can cook the sauce of sour cream / mayonnaise / yogurt and garlic.
