One of the most influential magazine – Le Chef is back with their newly launched list of 100 best chefs. The survey was created by asking 2 and 3 Michelin star owner-chefs who they think is the best. From 100 of 2016’s best chefs, 36 are French, 11 – Japanese and 9 – American. So, let’s take a look at best 10 chefs list.

Eric Frehon is known as “Royal Chef”. His restaurant owns 3 Michelin stars. In 2015 he re-opened the restaurant Celeste, in one of the most known British hotel - The Lanesborough.
His restaurant also has 3 Michelin stars. Critics say, that Emannuel is “new generation Chef”.
Martin is one of the best know Basque chefs. He owns 9 Michelin stars, best ranking in the country.
Benoit was half French, half Swiss chef. He has committed suicide on 31 January 2016.
Joan is one of the most successful Chefs and teachers in Spain. In 2015 his restaurant was named as the best in the world, by Restaurant Magazine.
