RestoGuide – Posta

The Restaurant “Posta” is housed in a historic building that once served as the Georgian post office. The concept stems from the idea of a harmonious blend of the old and the new, providing a pleasant experience for guests.
The decision to create the restaurant was tied to the opening of the first Radisson Red in Georgia, a place that combines delightful dishes with a welcoming atmosphere. The Italian courtyard is nestled in greenery with glazed loggia, offering an appealing outdoor setting, while the interior is designed to provide a modern and comfortable experience for guests.

The direction of „Posta“ focuses on Mediterranean cuisine alongside well-known Georgian dishes. One of our main niches is mixology, and we can confidently say that you can find the best cocktails in the city here.
Chef Natia Ghlonti, of “Posta”," is one of the most outstanding representatives of the new generation of chefs. Natia has rich international experience, which is evident in every dish she creates. The chef offers a unique culinary experience with distinctive flavors.
Alongside Mediterranean tastes, Georgian dishes hold an important place on the menu. In its first year, the restaurant's guests particularly enjoyed the Kalia sandwich, which has breathed new life into a forgotten Georgian dish. "We also offer a selection of specialty meats, sandwiches, and hamburgers. Our guests love our signature puff pastry “Khachapuri” with fig jam and the amazing desserts that are exclusive to “Posta”. The menu includes many vegetarian and vegan dishes that cater to every palate," says Beso Goginava, the marketing director.

“Posta” believes that dining guests should also be offered a special experience with delicious dishes, high-quality service, and an enjoyable music selection as part of the overall ambiance. However, the frequently updated and diverse menu keeps guests eager to return.
