The newly opened Glarros OldTown Hotel, located in the historic center of Kaloubani and just a minute’s walk from Freedom Square, has made its mark on Tbilisi’s culinary map with its restaurant, Gastromania, inspired by Georgian and European culinary traditions. 
Recently, Gastromania added a world-renowned Josper Grill and a meat-aging fridge, offering guests an updated and even more diverse menu with signature steaks and fish dishes. Gastromania goes beyond a typical dining experience, inviting guests on an unforgettable culinary adventure. 
With a dedication to excellence and limitless creativity, our skilled chef and culinary team deliver a top-tier gastronomic experience. From balanced flavors to refined presentation, the chef’s meticulous attention to detail brings an impressive dining journey where each dish reflects the expertise of the culinary team.
Most of the offerings on our diverse menu are prepared on the Josper Grill. Aged steak and fish are our top recommendations, though we also offer a selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes.
Soon, we plan to expand the restaurant outlets and open new locations, including an open Parisian café on Kote Abkhazi Street and a grill bar in the hotel’s courtyard.
