The Restaurant Margot is located in Avlabari, offering a stunning view of Old Tbilisi and the Mtkvari River.
Margot shares with you old and new stories; in the morning, intoxicated by the scent of clove-cinnamon buns, she narrates dreams to Mtkvari, while in the evening she sets a festive table, gathers friends and entertains you with melodies and the sounds of Mtkvari.
Margot’s brand chef, Tina Vashakidze, is just as restless as Margo itself, creating dishes that capture her character. Each dish seems to tell us about Margot’s personality and life—interesting, amusing, and emotional: refined and French in the morning, bold with vibrant peppers in the evening.
Margot’s cuisine combines Georgian and European dishes, each served with Margot’s unique flair. At first glance, the chicken pâté resembles a French dessert, while Megruli Elargi is adorned with pearl-like shrimps.
Margot Sololaki opened in November, and by spring, it will feature an outdoor pool and a café surrounded by Sololaki mountains.
