Food-based dyes

Such original colors can be obtained with natural, food-based dyes and with the products available to everyone.

Take ½ head of purple cabbage to get the blue color. Cut it into thin slices, put in a saucepan, pour enough water to cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes. Add 2 teaspoons of salt and 2 teaspoons of white vinegar. Cool and Pour off the liquid into a deep glass jar. You will no longer need cabbage. Place the pre-boiled eggs in the liquid and simmer for 30-40 minutes. To get a variegated effect, apply the butter with a paper tissue here and there on the egg. Then insert them for coloring. When you get the desired color take it out and dry it with a paper tissue.

In order to give a yellow color to an egg, boil it with the spice turmeric - mix 2 tablespoons of turmeric and 2 teaspoons of vinegar in 500 ml water. Boil the egg for 15-20 minutes. After boiling, leave the egg in the saucepan for 20 minutes. Remove carefully and let dry. Work with gloves. Turmeric has quite a stable color.

Remember, boiled eggs are edible for up to 1 week. It is necessary to store them in the refrigerator.
