I have to admit - I’ve tried hard to earn my University degree, but in the end, with the law
diploma in my hands and promising judicial career glimmering on the horizon, I decided to drop
everything, follow my heart and start all over again. That's how I ended up as a professional
cook.
I've started with graduating from Tbilisi Polytechnic Professional Education Center, followed by
two-year program in the professional college “Icarus” and headed to Vienna for “Tourism
College Modol” internship.
As soon as I got back to Georgia I took on my profession and up until now my portfolio includes well-known names like: Tsiskvili Restaurant, Loft, Elburito, Marriott Tbilisi, Angelato,
Terrassa Restaurant, Strada and Orangery. Currently as a founding chef I'm committed to the
''Burger House Tbilisi” and sharing my experience with the apprentices in the Georgian
Culinary Academy. See Less
